Very interesting and comprehensive session from Anna Clements from TLT solicitors covering:

copyright, IP, trade marks, difference between registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, patents, importance of putting ⓒ and date, works of co-authorship/joint ownership, importance of agreeing terms prior to entering collaboration, distribution, end user licence terms, different revenue models (license fees, royalties, up front payment), non-commercial exploitation such as Creative Commons and its different levels of licence terms, remedies for infringement.
